Information we collect
- Information you give us when you book a case review, call, text or email us, such as your name, phone number, email address and details about your IRS matter.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide the services you ask for.
- To send appointment reminders and updates about your case by phone, email or text message when you have agreed to receive them.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations, including IRS rules for tax practitioners.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Tax Resolution Masters, we use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your appointments, inquiries and case. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example scheduling, phone and email systems), with the IRS or state tax agencies when you authorize us to represent you, or when the law requires it. These providers may use it only to provide services to us.
Confidentiality
As an Enrolled Agent, we protect taxpayer information as required by federal law and IRS rules, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or stop calls, emails or texts, at any time by calling (330) 288-7766 or replying STOP to any text. Records we must keep by law are retained for the required period.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
